• 1 year substitute teaching at WS Neal Elementary
• 19 years teaching at W.S. Neal Elementary - East Brewton, AL (K and 3rd grade)

Mrs. Strength has been married for 24 years to her high school sweetheart.  They have one son, age 16, and a daughter, age 9.  They also have 2 dogs, 12 chickens,  and turtle!  Mrs. Strength loves reading, cooking, and playing board games.  She has taught 3rd grade and Kindergarten at WSNES for a total of 19 years.

Mrs. Strength's favorite book is Charlie the Ranch Dog by Ree Drummond.
